Overnight closures have been planned on the A590.
MOTORISTS are being warned of closures on the A590 in Cumbria which will last for two weeks.
Signs on the eastbound carriageway between Barrow and Kendal at Lindale Hill near Grange-over-Sands were today warning of night closures starting on Monday, October 9.
The warning signs indicate that the closures are expected to last for two weeks. No timings are given for the work, or whether convoys will be in operation to escort traffic through the closures.
The Mail has contacted Highways England for more information on the planned closure.
