A WOMAN whose daughter found a Pandora bracelet on Barrow Island has thanked the Evening Mail's Facebook readers after its rightful owner was tracked down.

The silver bracelet, which has five charms, was found in St Andrew's Street on Barrow Island by Sarah Guest's 10-year-old daughter.

Writing inscribed on two of the charms, which isn't shown in the picture, has been used to identify the real owner - Shannon Lewthwaite from Barrow.

Shannon's boss, at Express Market in Dalton, spotted the post on the Evening Mail's Facebook page and alerted her to the article.

Shannon has since been in contact with Sarah, who has arranged to drop the bracelet off in Dalton.

Sarah said: "I'd put it on lots of pages on Facebook but it was the post on the Evening Mail which managed to trace the owner. Shannon was so relieved, she was crying, she said she thought it was gone for good."
