POLICE have launched an appeal after a woman and her dog were bitten by a Staffordshire bull terrier in a Barrow street.
The attack happened in Bath Street, Barrow near Blake Street, at around 10pm yesterday.
The 43-year-old and her dog were both injured in the attack by a brindle-coloured staffie.
