Scene: Barrow Park
THREE youths have been arrested after a 13-year-old girl was subjected to a "vicious attack" in Barrow Park.
The incident happened at around 3.30pm last Thursday.
The victim was approached by a group of girls who launched a sustained and vicious attack on her, kicking and punching her in the face and head.
Two of the girls are described as having long ginger hair in a pony tail and were wearing black jackets.
Police have since arrested three youths in connection with the incident. All three have been bailed pending further investigations.
