POLICE and paramedics have attended an ongoing incident this evening which is believed to have happened between Gloucester Street and Cambridge Street in Barrow.
An eyewitness told The Mail they saw paramedics "treating a person on the ground" and that officers were making enquiries and "knocking on doors."
