A FRESH appeal has been lodged to track down the owner of a dog which attacked another dog while off its lead in Barrow.
Cumbria Police are appealing for information following a dog on dog attack in Barrow Island on Sunday October 4 at around 5pm.
A woman was walking her dog, a bearded cross border collie, down Buccleuch Dock Road when it was attacked by another dog, which was off its lead.
The attack left the dog injured with cuts.
The other dog has been described as being similar to a Staffordshire bull terrier and its owner dragged it off the border collie and then walked off.
The owner has been described as a man, around 6ft with a bald head.
The owner of the injured dog was left shaken after this incident.
