Pensioner rescued by firefighters after getting stuck in Barrow hedge
AN elderly man had to be rescued by firefighters in Barrow after he fell into a hedge.
The man, in his 80s, was trimming his hedge when he fell and became trapped inside the hedge.
A fire crew from Barrow was called to the scene in Bay View Grove at around 8.04pm last night and rescued the man.
He was not injured during the incident.
