Morrisons' trimmed beans
MORRISONS are urgently recalling trimmed green beans from all its stores – after two customers claimed to have discovered needles hidden inside the vegetable.
The use by dates on the affected batches are 22 April 2017, 23 April 2017 and 24 April 2017.
If you have bought the above product do not eat it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.
The product recall comes after two women, one in Glasgow and one in Manchester, found needles inside the beans.
Morrisons has a supermarket in Barrow, at The Strand.
