UNDER-FIRE train operator Northern has this morning announced yet more disruption to services from Barrow.
The increasing number of cancellations and disruptions to services to and from Barrow and Millom has led to many passengers criticising Northern for its apparent inability to maintain a reliable service across Cumbria.
This morning, Northern revealed its 5.46am service to Carlisle, due to arrive at 8.33am, would no longer call at a number of stations including Corkickle, Parton, Harrington, Flimby, Aspatria, Wigton and Dalston.
The Evening Mail is in the process of contacting Northern direct for an explanation to the regular cancellations.
