Replicas of the medals which were believed stolen
POLICE have launched an appeal after several military medals were stolen when a vehicle was broken into in Barrow.
Between 5pm on Monday and 3.45pm yesterday a vehicle was broken into "in the Barrow area", and the medals stolen from inside.
The medals taken include the General Service Medal, Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal and a Long Service & Good Conduct Medal.
