A MAN has admitted shouting and banging on windows outside a rented cottage after he fell out with friends on holiday.
Louis Lawson, 21, pleaded guilty at Furness Magistrates Court on Saturday to a public order offence and breaching his bail conditions. The court heard how Lawson, of Braeburn Road, Lincolnshire, was shut out of the cottage in Windermere and left with bruising on his face after the altercation on Thursday. Lawson, who donned a white “Just Do It” Nike T-shirt and a black jacket in court, admitted to then shouting, screaming, banging doors and windows before residents were forced to call police. Magistrates heard how on Thursday night he had been out drinking and an argument erupted between him and his partner and continued at the cottage they were staying in before friends kicked him out. He had also breached bail conditions from Lincoln Crown Court to remain in his home county as he stands accused of a separate offence last year. Magistrate George Butler ordered him to pay a £75 fine, £85 costs, a £25 victim surcharge and criminal court charge of £150.
