Furness Magistrates Court in Barrow JON GRANGER
A 45-year-old is due to stand trial today accused of sending abusive and intimidating text messages.
Michael Knight, currently residing in HMP Preston, is to appear before Furness Magistrates' Court, Abbey Road, Barrow.
He has been charged with two counts of harassment without violence
It is alleged that between December 29, last year and January 10 Knight pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of Kirsten Fletcher by sending numerous abusive and intimidating text messages.
The second charge he is facing is that between January 1 and 18 he pursued a similar course of conduct against Anthony Brooke.
Knight denies the charges.
