A MAN is due to appear on trial tomorrow accused of three separate assaults.
Darrin Shaun Crowther, 54, is expected to appear on trial at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court in Barrow on February 20 to face the allegations he assaulted Deborah Crowther, Rhian Gilleeney and Sarah Scudamore in Millom on December 13, 2017.
Crowther, of Illingworth Road, Halifax, previously appeared at the Barrow court on January 10 where he pleaded not guilty to one charge of common assault and two charges of assault by beating.
