A MAN has been charged by police in connection with the theft of jewellery from a store in Barrow.
Michael Walker, 31, of Deeley Close, Liverpool, was charged with multiple offences of theft by Merseyside Police, including the crimes in Barrow for which he is charged with stealing jewellery from Goldsmiths Jewellers in Portland Walk.
He was due to appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court yesterday.
