A STOLEN bike has been reunited with its owner following a social media appeal.
Earlier today Shannon Crayston, of Gloucester Street, Barrow, appealed to the public to help find a stolen moped.
Her black Direct Bikes moped was believed to have been stolen from her house between 11pm on Friday August 18 and 6.30am Saturday August 19.
Miss Crayston said she was "devastated" that the bike was stolen.
Fortunately, hours after the plea was made, the bike was returned to its owner shortly after midday.
