A PRESTIGIOUS Ulverston business will the subject of an event organised by Rotary International to examine its past, present and future.
Cumbria Crystal's managing director Chris Blade will be be joined by director Simon Rayner and artist Siobhan Newton to discuss the ups and down the company has experienced in recent years.
The company is the only remaining luxury crystal company in the UK and as a result courted many high-profile clients.
Its products have featured in the BBC drama Poldark, James Bond film Casino Royal and were rumoured to have appeared in the 2017 blockbuster Kingsman: The Golden Circle.
Recently Mr Blade went before the BBC Breakfast cameras when they paid a visit to the Ulverston factory, looking at how they have become a model for small business success.
In a time of increasingly uncertain economic times Cumbria Crystal has bucked the trend, increasing its productivity and profits.
