MOTORISTS faced disruption travelling in and out of Barrow this afternoon.
Park Road saw a number of police cars in the area, with part of the road near Kimberly Clark temporarily closed earlier this afternoon.
A police car was seen blocking the road and traffic was gridlocked in both directions in and out of the town.
The disruption is believed to have been caused by an abnormal load travelling to Barrow docks from Burton-in-Kendal.
