Furness Magistrates Court JON GRANGER
A Walney man alleged to have caused bodily harm this week is to appear before crown court next month.
Simon Ashworth, 27, of Folkestone Avenue, is accused of causing grievous bodily harm with intent in an alleged incident on Wednesday, May 11.
No formal plea was entered by the defendant, who appeared for a hearing at Furness Magistrates' Court this morning (May 14).
Ashworth is due to appear at Preston Crown Court on Friday, June 10.
