Anchor Road on Barrow Island
A 21-YEAR-OLD accused of attempted robbery is due to appear at crown court next month.
Reece Jason Tarr, of no fixed abode, appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court in Barrow today, where he was denied bail and remanded in custody until his case is heard at Preston Crown Court on November 17.
He is charged with attempted robbery and being in possession of a blade.
Police were called to Anchor Road, Barrow Island, shortly before 6.30pm on Friday October 13.
