Case: Preston Crown Court
A MAN is to appear at crown court accused of causing actual bodily harm to another man.
Michael Robert Dixon, 27, of Beech Street, Barrow, appeared at Furness Magistrates' Court today.
He is accused of assaulting Liam Rooke on April 2 earlier this year.
The case will now be heard at Preston Crown Court on Friday September 22, with Dixon granted unconditional bail.
