COMMUTERS could be left stranded after another train to Barrow has been cancelled.
In a tweet posted earlier from its official account, Northern Rail announced the 9.09pm service from Preston to Barrow would be cancelled.
AMENDED: Due to a member of train crew being unavailable 21:09 #Preston to #BarrowInFurness due 22:36 will be terminated at Lancaster.

Northern said the cancellation was due to a member of crew being unavailable.
This cancellation means commuters at nine stations along the route will be left without a late-night train.
The affected stations are: Carnforth, Silverdale, Arnside, Grange, Kents Bank, Cark & Cartmel, Ulverston, Dalton and Roose.
The train was scheduled to arrive in Barrow at 10.36pm.
