POLICE searching for a missing pensioner have found a body in Lancashire.
Concerns were raised for the welfare of John Williamson from Kendal earlier in the week. He was last seen at Burneside railway station shortly after 8am on Monday June 26.
Officers have now found a body in Lancashire. The death is not believed to be suspicious and officers are liaising with the family at this time.
Cumbria Police earlier urged anyone with information to get in touch by calling 101.
