A BARROW woman has denied harassing a man by text for four months.
Amanda Leake, 44, of Albert Street, Barrow, appeared before Furness Magistrates' Court yesterday charged with the harassment of harassing Pedro Bossio.
The defendant has been accused of texting Mr Bossio continually over an eight-year period with recent messages involving abuse and name calling towards the complainant and his new wife.
She was granted unconditional bail and will stand trial at Furness Magistrates' Court on Wednesday December 7.
