A 58-YEAR-OLD Barrow woman who was to stand trial after being accused of benefit fraud has had her case dismissed.
Janet McLuskie of Gateway, Barrow, appeared in Furness Magistrates' Court yesterday (21) charged with two counts of failing to notify a change of circumstances affecting entitlement to social security benefit for advantage or payment.
At a previous hearing Mrs McLuskie on August 2 she pleaded not guilty to the offence.
On attending court, her case was dismissed by Magistrates.
