Furness Magistrates Court in Barrow JON GRANGER
A 30-year-old woman has denied assault and criminal damage.
Stephanie O'Hara is due to appear before Furness Magistrates' Court tomorrow for trial.
The defendant, of Greengate Street, Barrow, is alleged to have assaulted Daniel Phillipson by beating on April 4. She is also accused of causing criminal damage to a television worth £165 belonging to the same man on the same date.
She will be represented in court by defence solicitor Mr Michael Graham. The case is listed to start at 2pm at the Abbey Road court, Barrow.
