A 13-YEAR-OLD boy accused of damaging his electronic tag is due to appear in a South Cumbria youth court.
The teen is expected to appear at South Cumbria Youth Court in Barrow on Friday, April 27, charged with criminal damage and failing to comply with a youth rehabilitation order made on March 2, after he allegedly damaged an electronic monitoring tag worth £45 on March 3.
The teen is also accused of being drunk and disorderly in Dalton Road, Barrow on March 7.
