Furness Magistrates Court in Barrow
AN eighteen-year-old is to appear in court accused of using threatening behaviour and words.
Bradley Garratt, of Fenton Street, Barrow is expected to make his appearance at Furness Magistrates' on Tuesday September 13.
He was charged with using threatening abusive words, behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress.
The incident is alleged to have happened on August 27 in Barrow.
