A SEX offender from Barrow has pleaded guilty to breaching the terms of his conviction after he was found in a house with two people aged under 18.
Ryan Peter Leech, of Hazel Gill, Barrow, appeared at Furness Magistrates' Court yesterday where he admitted failing to comply with the conditions of a notification order by spending more than 12 hours in the company of two people aged under 18.
The offence took place overnight between December 5 and December 6 of this year at a property.
The 18-year-old was given a 12-week curfew, requiring him to remain indoors at his home address between 7pm and 6am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
He was also given a community order and must complete 40 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months and ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
