A FEMALE motorist from Barrow has been charged with causing a crash by driving without due care and attention.
Joanne Gilbert, of Thwaite Street, Barrow, is due to appear at Furness Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
The 41-year-old is accused of causing a crash at the crossroads at the junction of Dalton Lane and Hawcoat Lane/Rakesmoor Lane in Barrow on April 18.
It is alleged that Gilbert drove a Fiat Diablo without due care and attention when she entered the crossroads and failed to give way to another car which had priority.
