Furness Magistrates Court in Barrow JON GRANGER
A BARROW man is due to go on trial after denying a revenge porn offence.
Paul Jason Nichols, of Monk Street, Barrow, is set to go on trial at Furness Magistrates' Court on Thursday charged with disclosing a private sexual photograph or film without the consent of a woman who appears in it with the intention of causing her distress on September 11.
The 32-year-old has also been charged with sending a grossly offensive or indecent message by way of a telecommunications network on the same day.
Nichols denied both offences at his last court appearance.
