Venue: Furness Magistrates' Court
A 26-YEAR-OLD is set to appear on trial after being accused of obstructing a police officer.
Rocky Scott Thomson, of Ferry Road, Barrow, is due to appear at Furness Magistrates' Court on Monday July 24.
He is accused of obstructing a constable in the execution of duty but denies the charge.
He pleaded not guilty to the offence on May 9, the same date it was alleged to have happened.
The case was previously adjourned from June 14.
