A 22-YEAR-OLD accused of committing a number of sexual offences is due to appear at crown court.
Matthew David Potts, of Robert Street, Barrow appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court in Barrow on Wednesday but did not enter any pleas.
Potts is accused of engaging in penetrative sexual activity with a girl aged 13-15 on December 14 last year.
His case was referred to Preston Crown Court and is due to be heard on November 10 at 9.30am.
