Appearance: Furness Magistrates' Court
A 39-YEAR-OLD man will face a trial after denying he broke the conditions of a restraining order.
Stephen Lee Viceroy, of Gloucester Street, Barrow, elected a summary trial when he appeared at Furness Magistrates' Court on September 4 in relation to allegedly contacting Kirsty Leigh Turner in March.
Viceroy is expected to appear back in court on October 9.
