A 28-year-old was jailed for 90 days after admitting breaching a retraining order.
Adam Steven Deakin, of Stileman Walk, Barrow, appeared before Furness Magistrates' Court via videolink from HMP Preston.
The hearing was told how between January 9 and May 8, 2015 in Barrow, without reasonable excuse, contacted and visited Julie Mathieson which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order.
He pleaded guilty to the offence.
Deakin was fined £80 and an £80 victim surcharge.
