Furness Magistrates Court in Barrow JON GRANGER
A MAN from Barrow is behind bars after admitting contacting a woman despite being banned by a court order.
Mark Andrew Woodcock, of Lindal Street, Barrow, pleaded guilty to breaching a domestic violence protection order when he appeared at Furness Magistrates' Court on Friday.
The 38-year-old admitted contacting Marianne Robinson last Thursday, something he was prohibited from doing by the domestic violence protection order which was issued at the same court on January 5 of this year.
Magistrates jailed Woodcock for 42 days.
