A 48-YEAR-OLD found in possession of a Class C drug has been fined.
Lee Francis Johnson, of Tay Court , Barrow, appeared at Furness Magistrates' Court on September 20 where he pleaded guilty to the offence.
Johnson was charged with possession of Benzodiazepin on March 10.
He was fined £80 by magistrates and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.
