Furness Magistrates Court in Barrow
A 29-year-old is to stand trial accused of failing to comply with a community order.
Andrew Atkins, of West View Road, Barrow, is due to appear before Furness Magistrates' Court on Monday.
It is alleged that he failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by not attending an appointment on June 5.
It is also said that he then failed to explain why he didn't attend.
Atkins has pleaded not guilty to both charges.
