A BARROW man will go on trial accused of harassing his neighbours and breaching a criminal behaviour order.
Gary Baxter, of Harrogate Street, Barrow, will stand trial at Furness Magistrates' Court in Barrow on Wednesday.
It is alleged that Baxter, 43, shouted and swore at his neighbours, causing distress and alarm to a family with an 11-year-old boy on September 23 and again on October 3.
Baxter had previously been given a criminal behaviour order and pleaded not guilty to two counts of breaching the order on October 10.
