Furness Magistrates Court in Barrow JON GRANGER
A BARROW man has appeared in court charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm.
Steven Craig Samuel Eilbeck, 21, of Worcester Street, Barrow, pleaded not guilty to one count of GBH before Furness Magistrates' Court yesterday.
He is accused of breaking the jaw of Lewis Elliot, after punching him in the face during an altercation in Barrow on May 20 of this year.
Eilbeck denied assaulting Mr Elliot.
The case has been referred to Preston Crown Court, to be heard on Friday November 25, at 10am.
Eilbeck was granted bail.
