A BARROW man is due to be sentenced after pleading guilty to drugs and weapons offences.
Kenneth James Smith, of St Vincent Street in Barrow, is due to appear at Preston Crown Court on Thursday.
The 28-year-old admitted a string of drugs offences after he was found with heroin with a street value of thousands of pounds during a raid in Barrow on September 15. He was also found with a Taser, which had been disguised as a torch.
Smith pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply heroin and possession of a firearm at an earlier hearing.
