A BARROW man has admitted being drunk and disorderly in public and has apologised.
Kyle Patrick Sharp, 24, appeared at Furness Magistrates' Court yesterday and pleaded guilty to the offence related to August 12.
Sharp was drunk and disorderly in Cavendish Street and refused to leave the area five times when asked by police and was swearing at them.
The defendant, of Devon Street, represented himself in court and said: "I apologise for my actions." He was fined £50 and ordered to by £85 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
