A MAN is due to appear in court accused of receiving fraudulent loans.
Wesley James McGrogan, of Broad Close, Barrow, is charged with three counts of fraud by false representation.
It is alleged he obtained three £500 loans, on July 28 and August 14 and 15, by listing a guarantor without their knowledge.
McGrogan denied the charges on July 5 when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court.
The 34-year-old is now set to return to the Barrow court on Monday August 20.
