Court case: Michael Walmsley is accused of stealing bottles of wine
A 40-YEAR-OLD accused of stealing six bottles of wine from a Barrow discount shop is due to appear in court today.
Michael Walmsley, of Manchester Street, Barrow is expected to appear at Furness Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, August 2 in relation to one charge of theft from a shop.
It is alleged Walmsley entered Batty's discount drinks shop between June 20 and June 26 this year, and took six bottles of wine costing £35.64.
