Barrow man accused of sending obscene or offensive text message
A BARROW man is set to appear in court accused of sending an obscene or offensive text message.
Carl Edward Smith, of Dumfries Street, has been charged with sending an offensive, indecent or obscene message on March 22 in Barrow. The 35-year-old is listed to appear at Furness Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
Bail conditions prevent him from contacting Phillipa Jardine or entering Broughton Road in Dalton.
