A BARROW man charged with murder is due in court next week.
Damien Hill, 44, is accused of killing Guy Hamilton, from Barrow.
Mr Hamilton, 35, was found close to his home in Meetings View, Ormsgill on April 30 of this year. He was taken to Furness General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Hill, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with murder. He was due to appear before Preston Crown Court on August 10 where he was set to enter a plea but the case was adjourned.
Hill will next appear at Preston Crown Court on Wednesday September 28.
