A 36-YEAR-OLD man from Barrow who has been accused of making indecent photographs of children is due to appear before magistrates.
Philip Henry, of Abbey Road, Barrow, is alleged to have made an indecent image or a pseudo-photograph of a child contrary to the Protection of Children Act 1978.
The defendant has also been accused of possessing a prohibited image of a child on February 18, 2016.
As pre-hearing condition, Henry was forbidden from having any unsupervised contact with a child aged 17 and under.
He will appear before Furness Magistrates' Court today where he is expected to enter a plea.
