A MAN from Barrow is due to appear in court after allegedly attacking a fellow drinker in the Derby pub.
Michael Dixon has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm following an alleged incident at the Dalton Road pub in Barrow on Sunday April 2.
Dixon, 27, is accused of headbutting and punching a man in the pub.
The alleged victim was left unconscious on the floor and suffered injuries including a split lip, abrasions to his back and concussion.
Dixon is due to appear at Furness Magistrates' Court on August 23.
