A BARROW man is set to appear in court after allegedly being caught with heroin and cash used in criminal activity.
Shaun McCarthy, of Harrison Street, is due to appear at Furness Magistrates' Court charged with two offences.
The 51-year-old is accused of being in possession of a quantity of heroin in Barrow on February 9 and of being in possession of or having used criminal property, namely an amount of cash.
