Hearing: Furness Magistrates' Court
A WOMAN who stole a Michael Kors handbag has appeared in court again, after failing to attend an appointment with the authorities.
Chelsea Allen, of Cavendish Street, Barrow, appeared at Furness Magistrates' Court on September 14 where she admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence.
The charge dates back to August 15-22, 2016 where Allen failed to attend an office appointment.
No action was taken for this offence, but Allen was sentenced to 70 days in prison, suspended for 12 months in relation to a series of shoplifting offences dating back to 2015.
