A BARROW driver has denied driving without due care and attention.
Ireneusz Ryszard Cymerman appeared at Furness Magistrates' Court yesterday accused of driving without due care and attention in a collision with a cyclist and causing minor injuries. The incident related to March 14.
Cymerman, 38, of Worcester Street, pleaded not guilty. The case was adjourned until October 3 for a trial at the Barrow court.
The defendant was bailed.
